Foreclosures and bank-owned
How to read this question, narrow its results and check the evidence.
Guide updated · Source dates are shown in the app
Say you are looking at a bank-owned listing or an auction. Read the stage and original listing: they describe different buying processes and the flags can be incomplete.
How to use this screen
Open Foreclosures and bank-owned. Choose a place, then use Filters to narrow it. The address keeps your place, filters and sort so Back and refresh restore them.
What to check
Open the original evidence and the source date. Missing information stays missing. A signal is something to investigate, not a promise about value, cash flow or the owner.
Plan access
Investor and above by default. Other plans can see the map and any permitted counts, with a locked sample where offered. A masked sample never reveals a home’s private details. See plan limits.
