Probate and code cases
How to read this question, narrow its results and check the evidence.
Guide updated · Source dates are shown in the app
Say a home is not advertised for sale, but there is a court filing or city code case that may be relevant. Probate means a court is handling a deceased person’s estate. A code case means the city recorded a possible property-rule problem. Neither proves the owner wants to sell; a case-to-property match can be uncertain.
How to use this screen
Open Probate and code cases. Choose a place, then use Filters to narrow it. The address keeps your place, filters and sort so Back and refresh restore them.
What to check
Open the original evidence and the source date. Missing information stays missing. A signal is something to investigate, not a promise about value, cash flow or the owner.
Plan access
Investor and above by default. Other plans can see the map and any permitted counts, with a locked sample where offered. A masked sample never reveals a home’s private details. See plan limits.
