Say a seller has waited a long time and lowered the asking price. This list helps you find that combination; it cannot tell you the seller’s private reasons.
How to use this screen
Open Motivated sellers. Choose a place, then use Filters to narrow it. The address keeps your place, filters and sort so Back and refresh restore them.
Starting filters
- Listed for at least 6 months.
- Asking-price reduction: at least 10 percent, with no maximum.
What to check
Open the original evidence and the source date. Missing information stays missing. A signal is something to investigate, not a promise about value, cash flow or the owner. Listing history joins supported relists into a longer run; the feed’s days-on-market clock may differ. The lead-score filter is the first extra control. Read lead scores.
Plan access
Buyer and above by default. Other plans can see the map and any permitted counts, with a locked sample where offered. A masked sample never reveals a home’s private details. See plan limits.
