Say a short-term rental is occupied for part of the period. This shows the sample’s occupancy measure; coverage and blocked nights can affect comparisons.
Reading the number
Group: Airbnb. Units: 0-1 fraction. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Source and date
Short-term-rental estimates. Expected interval: about 7 days. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
