What this number means, its source and the limits of using it.
Guide updated · Source dates are shown in the app
Say a home has several different signs worth checking. Its lead score adds the signal weights below; an area shows the typical score. It is a way to choose what to inspect, not a prediction that an owner will accept an offer.

Source and date
Public listing histories. Expected interval: about 1 day. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
Access and limits
Buyer and above by default. The app’s current lock is authoritative if settings change. Derived measures also need their input measures open. A missing number is not zero. What each plan shows.
