Reading the number
Group: Cost to own. Units: USD/year. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Source and date
Calculated from the home and area inputs. Expected interval: about 30 days. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
Access and limits
