Days on market (listing feed)

What this number means, its source and the limits of using it.

Guide updated · Source dates are shown in the app

Say the listing feed reports how long homes have been on the market. This is the middle reported duration; a relist can reset that clock. The seller story separately follows the longer listing run.

Reading the number

Group: Listing history. Units: days. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.

Source and date

Public for-sale listings. Expected interval: about 1 day. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.

A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.

Access and limits

Buyer and above by default. The app’s current lock is authoritative if settings change. Derived measures also need their input measures open. A missing number is not zero. What each plan shows.
