Reading the number
Group: Cost to own. Units: fraction. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Modeled base: 1.0% of value a year, bounded to 0.6%–2.2% after adjustments.
Source and date
Modeled ownership assumptions. No fixed refresh interval; check the source date shown in the app.

Access and limits
