Nightly rate
What this number means, its source and the limits of using it.
Guide updated · Source dates are shown in the app
Say you compare nightly rates among supported short-term rentals. This is the middle rate in the sample, not the amount an owner keeps after fees and costs.
Reading the number
Group: Airbnb. Units: USD/night. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Source and date
Short-term-rental estimates. Expected interval: about 7 days. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
Access and limits
Coming later: this measure is held back on every plan. Derived measures also need their input measures open. A missing number is not zero. What each plan shows.
