Guide updated · Source dates are shown in the app
Say insurers are declining to renew policies in an area. This describes that share in the published insurance data. It is historical and cannot say whether a specific policy will be renewed.
Reading the number
Group: Cost to own. Units: fraction. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Source and date
Treasury FIO / NAIC homeowners premiums. No fixed refresh interval; check the source date shown in the app.
Published coverage: ZIP x year (2018-2022). Adjusted premium estimates do not change the historical period of nonrenewal observations.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
Access and limits
