Reading the number
Group: Price. Units: percentage points. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Source detail: Change from that ZIP's highest 2022 houses+condos index value.
Source and date
Home-value index. Expected interval: about 30 days. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
Access and limits
Buyer and above by default. The app’s current lock is authoritative if settings change. Derived measures also need their input measures open. A missing number is not zero. What each plan shows.
