Say two areas have different numbers of homes for sale. This compares the share showing motivated-seller signs, rather than rewarding the larger area simply for having more homes.
Reading the number
Group: Sellers. Units: Count or score. Read the selected geography and compare the same measure at the same level.
Source and date
Public listing histories. Expected interval: about 1 day. This is a schedule, not proof that a refresh succeeded.
A guide update is not a data refresh. The source period and collection date, when available, are on the app’s data details. A missing date is unknown, never today. Check freshness.
Access and limits
Free and above by default. The app’s current lock is authoritative if settings change. Derived measures also need their input measures open. A missing number is not zero. What each plan shows.
